In a flow of trad, jazz and electro, MAZ juggles with musical creation and tradition. IDs are sung and danced – they speak to heart, body and soul — withtout losing the mind!
MAZ was selected as one of the 5 winners for this years edition of St-Ambroise Bursary Program after their performance in january and july of 2012.
The band is proud to receive a first distinction for their live show and want to share the honnor with sound engeneer Catherine Sabourin.

The album Telescope has been selected as a finalist in the Indie Acoustic Project’s “Best CDs of 2011” wards in the “Instrumental” category.
According to IAP, the 21 CDs selected as finalists constitue the very best acoustic music released in the past year.

The track Telescope has been climbing Canadian radio charts.
Thanks to British-Columbia (CFUV), Ontario (CJAM, CFRU) and Alberta (CKUA) audiences, the single has been on its way to the top of Jazz and International charts.
